Meet Frank!
Frank is a chill guy with a heart of gold and a goofy personality. He is mild-mannered in his kennel and keeps his space clean. But he isn't boring in the slightest! Frank loves hanging out with people and is very playful and cuddly.
We're not sure how he is with other dogs, but would gladly test for an interested adopter.
